Please give a big Pencil Line's welcome to the fabulous Keisha Campbell who is joining us this week as our Guest Design Team member.
Also please welcome the lovely Cath from Little Book of Sketches who provided this sketch for this week's Challenge. The Little Book of Sketches is a great sketch resource, based in Australia, where you will find all sizes of Layout Sketches, different sized Card Sketches along with Tag and ATC sketches.
Here's a few words from Keisha: "Hello, I am originally from Detroit, Michigan (USA).
I have been married to my childhood sweetie since November 1995. My husband, LaVaughn, is a Seabee in the Navy. Which has taken us to many places; we are currently living in Beijing, China until winter 2008. We have lived in Italy, Illinois, Mississippi... who knows what will be next! I am eagerly looking forward to returning to the states, I need a LSS badly!
We have two daughters that try to rule us. Amira is our extremely friendly, out-going, know it all! Mikiela is our silly, loud, wild child. They are my inspiration, my muses. I am such a girly girl, and to have two beauties to scrap has become an awful addiction. I love pink & green pages; soft sweet girly colors are my thing.
My style varies, but tends to lean more towards the shabby side. I love to dabble with different looks & styles. I have a great love for chipboard products; kraft and white cardstock seem to have become my only cardstock choices-but I am experimenting with more colors. And my sewing machine is my best friend these days! I love all the major lines: MM, Heidi Swapp, Basic Grey and stamps…a never-ending list that my wallet never totally supports.
I am a designer for Making Memories & A Muse Stamps and a current Two Peas Garden Girl"
You can see more of Keisha's beautiful work on her blog "a bit east".
And as an extra special treat to celebrate Keisha's layout on Pencil Lines, Making Memories have sponsored the Design Team this week and are sponsoring the Monthly Prize. We have had some fabby new Making Memories product to play with, and this also means that that July's Favourite Layout will win a bunch of Making Memories Product too. So a big Thank You to Making Memories!
and here is this week's gorgeous artwork:
Angela (Making Memories dont make digital supplies so Angela used digital products by Trish Jones & Ronna Penner)
So we hope you love the Artwork from the new Design Team as much as we do and that this sketch will inspire you to create. If you would like to share your artwork with us here in the Reader's Gallery, dont forget to email it to us :) We love visiting your blogs and leaving comments on your artwork but legally we cannot put a copy of your artwork in our galleries without your permission.
