First sketch of a the New Year, please give a huge Pencil Lines welcome our 1st guest designer for 2008, the one and only BIG Picture hereslf, Stacey Julian. Stacey provide this weeks sketch also.
Stacy Julian is founding editor of Simple Scrapbooks magazine and a well-traveled teacher/lecturer who delights in spreading the scrapbooking lifestyle. Her most recent book, titled The Big Picture, Scrapbooking Your Life and a Whole Lot More shares her liberating approach to capturing and sharing memories and was the impetus behind the launch of Big Picture Scrapbooking, the first website dedicated to online education in scrapbooking. Stacy and her husband Geoff live in Spokan, Washington where they are celebrating the recent addition of a daughter, after four boys!

Ooh, am I the first??
Here's my take on the sketch, I did just one page, and tried to get as many photos on there as possible, but it's still in the same layered style.

my second pencil lines sketch and im loving working through them. fantastic and got to use some not great pics but im pleased with the results.... changed it a tad to suit my pics, i hope thats ok????
