Sketch 67

Please give a huge Pencil Lines welcome to this weeks guest designer Pam Thornburn. This weeks sketch was provided by our very own Janine Langer, and we have given you a 12" x 12" and a 6" x 12" version to play with.

The design team had the great pleasure of using kits provided by Fresh Pages this week.

PamportraitHere is what Pam had to say;

Hi , I am an expat Australian, living in Edinburgh with my scottish husband and two teenage kids. I have lived in Scotland for 19 years now and I absolutely love it here. I also love going home to Australia too, and it was on one of these visits in July 2005 that I was introduced to Scrapbooking. I have been hooked ever since!  I love to experiment with lots of different technigues and materials when I scrap so I don't think I have a recognisable style. I love lots of layering and texture though. You can see more f my work on my blog

In 2006 I was runner up in Scrapbooker of the Year- a UK competition run by The Scrapbook Magazine, and also in the same year was one of the winners of the new talent section of  Best of British, run by another UK magazine- Scrapbook Inspirations. I have also been fortunate to design for a number of retailers during this time.
I work as an Autism support teacher- working in the preschool sector, in nurseries and with families at home. It is a fantastic job. We are an outdoors family so we spend a lot of time walking in the beautiful scottish countryside.
I am very pleased to have been given the opportunity to guest design for Pencil Lines. It is such an inspirational site!

I'll keep repeating myself, but again this is a great sketch and the DT and Guest DT did a great job on this one. Love your work!

Great Sketch!

Love it!!!

Maybe a stupid question, maybe I'm just exciting every time I look online... But how does the RAK work? I din't see any winners for weeks, is that happening behind the scenes?
Trying to make it every week and crossing my fingers everytime I look online... but I can't find the winners.

Many greetings and keep on posting those great sketches!

Great sketch, and great designs again ladies. Thoroughly enjoyed your injection of inspiration.

Had great fun with this one - awesome sketch - lvoe the multiple photo ones!!

Hi

Loving the site and the sketches, fantastic inspiration!! I have had your link on my blog for ages, and keep popping in to browse through the gallery and sketches, but it's only now that I can use some of your sketchs to get the 100's of layouts that I need to get done!

I just wanted to ask a question, can I use a layout from your sketches on different challenges, didn't want to upset anyone so I thought to ask first, credit will be given to pencil lines for the sketch, in all of my posts!

Keep up the fab work

Hi

I was so excited to come across this blog and I completed my page based on the sketch the night that I found it. I did mail you the picture but it's still not in the gallery, despite receiving confirmation that it had been received and would be on display within 48 hours...

I haven't managed to do this weeks yet as although it is gorgeous I haven't got the right photos printed for it yet, but I have done two of the earlier ones in the past week if you are interested in having a look.
