Here is what Julie had to say:
Hi everybody! I am so honoured to guest design for Pencil Lines this week!
My name is Julie Blanc, I am 33 and I live in Provence (France) with my husband and my two children Hugo (10 years) and Ambre (5 years). I discovered Scrapbooking in 2008; I did resign right away from my job, and scrapbooking became my hobby, and my full-time job - a real way of life!
At first, I was helding some small workshops at home. In 2009, I was hired by Moments Scrapbooking, a french paper magazine. Infortunately, the magazine did close its doors last year, but I work for other publications from time to time.
In 2010 I created my own brand of paper and stamps, Les Papiers de Pandore, that you can visit here
I have been working for various DTs over the past years; today I design for Es[kiss] Design, a french stamps manufacturer, La Malle à Scrap, a french kit club, and the Color Room, a fantastic inspirational place!
My scrapbooking is quite eclectic, quickly evolving from one style to another - I focus on the design rather than pure technique, therefore sketches are perfect for me!
